04 / Individual support

Some goals need a closer conversation.

Kids & family nutrition

Parent-led habits built around regular meals, food variety, and enjoyable movement. Children do not use the adult calorie calculator. Growth and medical nutrition needs belong with a pediatric clinician or registered dietitian.

Living with type 2 diabetes

Start with an individual conversation about your goals and current care. Meal timing and carbohydrate needs should be coordinated with your healthcare team or a registered dietitian.

Client reviews

Training, nutrition, and the experience of working together.

Matt helped me get back into the kind of shape I wanted to be in. I have been working out and running for years with no real fat loss. Even ran a marathon at my heaviest never lost any fat. After 3 months of Matt's help I'm down 20 lbs.

Before you start

A few things to know.

Do I need a different program because I am male or female?

The training programs are selected by experience, schedule, and goal. The nutrition estimate uses sex as one input in a population equation. It does not determine which exercises you can do.

Are these personal coaching packages?

The digital programs are self-guided. Individual coaching, check-ins, and personalized adjustments are separate services unless a product explicitly includes them.

How will I receive my program?

For digital products, access is delivered to the email address used at checkout after successful payment. Your product page describes what is included.

What does the nutrition selector calculate?

It estimates resting energy needs, adjusts for overall activity and your goal, then suggests a nearby adult meal-template range. Estimates can differ from your actual needs. Review progress, hunger, recovery, and performance, and seek individual support when needed.

Can the selector make a medical meal plan?

No. Children and people with medical dietary needs are directed to individual support rather than an automatic calorie prescription.
